The Most Comfortable Catamaran
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full Refund: Guests can cancel their booking with a full refund or no penalty up to 7 days before the charter date.
No Refund: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the charter date, as it becomes increasingly difficult to fill the slot on such short notice.
Late Arrival: If guests are late, the charter will still end at the scheduled time
Bad Weather: In case of severe weather conditions making it unsafe to sail, we will allow you to reschedule the charter for up to 365 days from the date of your initial scheduled charter based on open availability. *See optional insurance policy listed below
No-Show Policy: No refund will be given in case of a no-show, as the boat was prepared and staffed for the charter.
*Optional Insurance Policy: $200 USD for an 8-hour charter will guarantee you a full refund in case of severe weather conditions that are unsafe to sail in. Light and moderate weather conditions do not constitute severe weather and only at the discretion of the Avalon Charter captain will the charter be cancelled. For charters that are longer than 8 hours, an additional $200USD will be added per day to guarantee bad weather insurance (example: a 4-day charter would be $800USD for the optional insurance).
